Following a long and happy career in Manhattan as a clothing designer and fashion industry executive Donna Sue Chesborough moved to Charleston in 2000. 

As a recent transplant from NYC, Donna searched for cool items representing Charleston to bring as gifts when visiting out-of-town friends. 

Not finding any she liked, she decided to create her own. 

DSCdesigns Cityscape Collections was founded in 2002 to fill a need for artsy souvenirs that people would love to look at and want to use every day.  

Walking into retail shops with a coffee mug in one hand and her skyline sketch in the other, she got enough pre-orders to launch her new business!
